Validate, cut over and stabilize
one migration stage at a time.

We prepare each migration increment, run the agreed checks in parallel, control the switch and rollback conditions, and document the accepted state.

CurrentKnown state remains live
ParallelNew path is verified
CutoverConditions are observed
StableOwnership is handed over

We prepare the cutover plan before switching traffic or data.

The plan records the change window, prerequisites, acceptance checks, responsible owners, stop condition and rollback procedure. During cutover, the observed interruption and test results are added to the same record.

The written scope identifies what Bayna Studio implements, what the client continues to operate and who can approve, stop or roll back the stage.

Two infrastructure engineers compare current and target system states while following a timed cutover checklist with a rollback step.

Three records control every cutover.

Each record is prepared before the switch and updated with what actually happened during validation and cutover.

Migration increment

  • Components, data and interfaces included
  • Prerequisites and responsible owners
  • Current and target platform state
  • Dependencies excluded from the stage

Acceptance and rollback matrix

Functional, data and operating checks are linked to the owner who reviews them and the condition for continuing, stopping or returning to the previous state.

Observed cutover record

The record captures the actual interruption, test results, deviations, final state and approval. It becomes part of the technical handoff.

— 03 / 03 · Handoff

The next owner receives a documented platform state.

The handoff records what changed, what remains, which checks passed, who owns the accepted state and which constraints still affect the next migration stage.

What the next owner receives

  • The accepted platform state
  • Changes made inside the agreed boundary
  • Known dependencies and remaining constraints
  • Named operational responsibility

How acceptance is recorded

Checks are tied to the baseline and target condition. The observed cutover, any deviation and the decision to continue or roll back remain in the same record.
