Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, organization, selected technical decision, approximate platform age, available change window and a description of the operating constraint. A Spain phone number is optional. Required fields are used to register and review the enquiry and, where appropriate, continue the requested business discussion.

Submitting the form does not create a contract or subscribe you to marketing. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment details or confidential customer records.

If required information is not provided, the website cannot validate or register the enquiry. You may instead use the published email address, but the information you send by email will still be used to review and respond to your request.

Purpose and legal basis

Enquiry information is processed to take steps you request before a possible engagement and for the controller’s legitimate interests in handling business correspondence and protecting the website from misuse. The acknowledgement beside the form confirms that you have read this notice; it does not authorize unrelated marketing.

Form records and security

Completed forms are recorded as private server files outside the public website directory. The form uses a same-origin session, CSRF token, hidden anti-spam field, field validation and request limits. A successful response from /api/form opens the protected confirmation route and confirms registration in the private inbox; it does not claim email delivery, CRM assignment or an automatic reply.

Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information to handle the enquiry or operate the website. Bayna Studio does not sell enquiry information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Technical data and hosting

When you request a page, the hosting and security infrastructure may process technical data such as the IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, response status and security events. This data is used to deliver the website, diagnose faults, limit abusive requests and protect the service.

The live website uses Cloudflare as a network and security provider. Cloudflare may supply limited real-user performance measurements through its browser beacon and the first-party /cdn-cgi/rum endpoint. This measures technical page-load performance. It is separate from the enquiry form and does not use analytics cookies or read the Bayna Studio notice choice from local storage.

Essential cookies and local storage

A temporary first-party session cookie supports secure form validation, request limiting and access to the confirmation page. It expires when the browser session ends. If you dismiss the cookie notice, the browser stores that choice locally under bayna_studio_cookie_notice_v1 so the notice does not reappear on every page.

The site does not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels or third-party media embeds. Rejecting or clearing local storage only affects whether the notice reappears; the essential session cookie is created when needed for the secure enquiry flow.

Service providers and disclosures

Website hosting, network security and technical-maintenance providers may process only the information needed to supply and protect those services. Provider infrastructure may operate from more than one location. You may ask Bayna Studio for current information about the categories of providers used and any safeguards that apply to an international transfer.

Information is not disclosed for independent advertising or list-building. It may be disclosed where necessary to investigate misuse, protect legal rights, comply with law or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Retention and automated decisions

An enquiry that does not proceed is kept only while it remains reasonably necessary to assess the request, answer follow-up questions and maintain an appropriate record of the correspondence. Information connected with an accepted engagement may be retained under the separate engagement terms and any applicable accounting, record-keeping or legal-claim obligations.

Technical and security logs are retained according to the operational and security periods applied by the relevant infrastructure provider. Records are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed for the applicable purpose, subject to any legal preservation requirement. The form does not profile visitors or make decisions based solely on automated processing.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send a request to [email protected] and identify the information or enquiry concerned. Bayna Studio may request information needed to confirm your identity before acting on the request.

Requests are handled without undue delay and normally within one month, subject to the conditions and permitted extensions under applicable data-protection law. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
